Who am I?

The person beyond the resume

My name is William Plummer, but I usually go by Billy. I am a 22 year old British national with a more legitimate license to use clichés about having always loved technology than most of my peers. I am an international student completing my final year of studying for a BSME degree at Georgia Tech. I am not all homework assignments and complaining about the workload, though, my friends know me for my amusing and spirited personality, eclectic interests, and stereotypical Englishness. I perform best in environments full of driven people with likeminded interests, and I prefer to lead from the same strata as those whom I direct. I am a fanatic consumer of literary fiction, coffee, and Mark Knopfler’s music. I don’t think travel can be considered a hobby, but it is certainly an interest of mine – I have had the privilege to spend collectively years of my life away from home in 23 countries and counting. I've got good stories and even better memories, but if that's not of interest, make me a book or recipe recommendation and we'll get on well.
